Todd Kudar

Todd Kudar is a director of real estate at Leidos, specializing in real estate strategy for defense sites throughout the US. Prior to this role, Todd owned Kudar & Associates, Inc., where they accumulated over 20 years of experience in defense and private sector construction. Additionally, Todd serves as a senior project manager for JLL, overseeing construction projects across the western region and nationwide. They hold an extensive skill set in various environments, including SCIFs, laboratories, and commercial spaces, and are currently pursuing education at CC San Francisco and Casper College.
