Todd Parker

Todd Parker is a seasoned construction and real estate development professional currently serving as Vice President at JLL, specializing in project and development services. With over twenty-five years of experience, Parker has managed high-profile projects in the Washington DC area, overseeing various technical professionals such as architects and engineers. Previously, Parker held senior project management roles at LCOR, Inc. and Clark Construction Group, while also serving as a Reserve Colonel in the US Marine Corps. Parker holds a BS in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Syracuse University and an MBA from the University of Virginia's Darden Graduate School of Business Administration, with ongoing studies in Political Science at the U.S. Naval War College.
