Tom Bowman is an effective development project executive with proven experience in fast-paced and structured development and construction. They served as Director of Development & Construction at The Fresh Market, Inc. from 2005 to 2021, and held the position of Senior Project Manager at Johnson Controls, Inc. from 1996 to 2005. Currently, Tom is the VP, Multi-Site Grocery Lead for Project and Development Services at JLL, having recently been Senior Director of Development & Construction for the Eastern Division at Boos Development Group, Inc.
