Tom Brammeld

Tom Brammeld is an experienced real estate professional with a strong background in office leasing and agency services. Currently serving as Director at JLL since September 2013, Tom has held multiple leadership roles, including Associate Director for West End Office Leasing and EMEA Occupier Services. Previously, Tom worked at JLL from February 2006 to June 2013 as Associate Director in the National Office Agency, providing advisory services on office property transactions across Yorkshire and the North East for notable clients such as Aviva Investors and Standard Life. Earlier experience includes a position as Surveyor at Atisreal, advising landlords on disposal strategies, and as a Graduate Surveyor at Chesterton, focusing on office and industrial properties. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Estate Management from Northumbria University.
