Tom Brook

Tom Brook is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in debt and structured finance, currently serving as a Senior Director at JLL since its acquisition of HFF in July 2019. Prior to joining JLL, Tom held positions at HFF and CBRE, where responsibilities included advising on commercial real estate transactions and providing strategic market advice in Central London. Tom began the career as a Graduate Surveyor at Knight Frank, specializing in hotel transactions and commercial valuations, accompanied by early internships at M&G Real Estate and DTZ. Educationally, Tom holds a BSc in Land Management, Real Estate from the University of Reading.
