Tom Hermans

Tom Hermans is the Director of Agency Offices in Rotterdam at JLL, a position they have held since 2020. They are currently serving as the Secretary Intern on the board of Jong Onroerend Goed Rotterdam, a network for young real estate professionals. Previously, Tom co-owned TheDandyShop and worked in various sales roles at Regus, WOM Marketing, and IWG plc. Tom also contributed as a lecturer in Google Analytics and SEO at Hogeschool Rotterdam and held positions with several organizations, including Rotterdamse Kamer van Verenigingen and the Rotterdamse Jongeren Raad. They earned a degree in Marketing/Marketing Management from Hogeschool Rotterdam, which they completed in 2018.
