Tom Over

Tom Over is currently the Director of Logistics & Industrial for APAC at JLL, where they focus on logistics and industrial sectors. They previously served as Director of Capital Markets in Manila and worked as a Surveyor for Capital Markets in London during their tenure at JLL from 2019 to 2021. Tom completed a Bachelor of Science in Geography with a 2.1 from Durham University (2011-2014) and earned a Master’s degree in Real Estate from Cass Business School (2014-2015). Earlier in their career, Tom gained experience as an intern at Pamfleet and Swire Properties in 2011.
