Tom Phillips is currently an Associate Director at JLL, where they have been since 2023. Previously, Tom progressed through various roles at JLL from Graduate Surveyor to Senior Surveyor and then Chartered Building Surveyor, concluding in 2023. Prior to this, Tom worked as a Project Surveyor at Michael Dyson Associates Ltd from 2017 to 2018. Tom earned a degree in Building Surveying with a 2:1 from Sheffield Hallam University in 2017 and is currently pursuing further education at The University of Sheffield.
