Tom Sicola

Tom Sicola is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and engineering across various sectors. Currently serving as Executive Director of Engineering Operations Americas at JLL since June 2025, Tom has previously contributed as a Licensed Facilitator for The 6 Types of Working Genius and as a Trust Edge Facilitator at the Trust Edge Leadership Institute. As a PQ Coach with Positive Intelligence, Tom focuses on enhancing mental fitness among corporate leaders. Tom's entrepreneurial venture, Sicola Insights Inc, specializes in operational excellence and team development within commercial real estate. Prior roles include Senior Director of North American Operations at JLL, where Tom managed substantial teams and budgets, improved operational performance, and achieved significant cost savings. Tom's background also includes roles as a Reactor Safety Inspector with the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission and as a Submarine Officer in the United States Navy. Tom holds a BS in Control Systems Engineering from the United States Naval Academy, an MBA from the University of Phoenix, and a Master's in Engineering Management from Old Dominion University.
