Tom Sullivan

Tom Sullivan is a seasoned financial professional currently serving as the Senior Managing Director at JLL since 2023. Prior to this role, they held various significant positions, including Executive Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield from 2017 to 2023 and Managing Director of Commercial Real Estate at CCRE from 2012 to 2017. Tom began their career as an Analyst at Deutsche Bank (2003-2005) and worked as an Associate at Merrill Lynch (2005-2008) before becoming Vice President at Amalgamated Bank (2009-2011). Tom earned a BA in Finance from Syracuse University’s Martin J. Whitman School of Management, graduating in 2003.
