Tracy Ho serves as the Property Technology Innovations Lead for Property & Asset Management in the APAC region at JLL since April 2015, focusing on technology deployment strategies for property management teams. Previously held roles include APAC EOS Business Systems Enablement Manager and Property Services Manager, where Tracy managed significant commercial precincts, received several notable awards for sustainable management, and oversaw integrated building management systems. Additional experience encompasses consultancy in integrated workplace management at Sigma Sustainability Institute and internships at BHP Billiton and Arup. Tracy holds a Bachelor of Environmental Engineering from Monash University, specializing in water and land management. Currently, Tracy also serves as Board Secretary at GentleWomans Union.
