Travis Wise

Travis Wise, LEED AP, is an Associate Director and Regional Manager in Capital Planning at JLL, where they manage capital planning projects across Central North America and India. With over 17 years of experience in construction and preconstruction, Travis has held senior roles at BE&K Building Group, Bank of America, and Rodgers Builders, Inc., primarily focusing on healthcare construction. They began their career in masonry and have developed a robust understanding of project management, contracting, and corporate real estate strategy. Currently pursuing a degree in Organizational Leadership at Penn State University, Travis aims to foster strong industry relationships and drive project success.
