Trevor Sham is a Chartered Surveyor currently serving as the Director of Value and Risk Advisory at JLL. They gained initial experience through summer internships at Morgan Stanley, the Lands Department, and JLL, before progressing to roles including Valuer and Senior Manager at JLL Hong Kong. Trevor holds a BSc in Real Estate from the University of Reading, which they completed in 2018. An advocate for gender equality, they also enjoy table tennis and sailing.
