Trupti Bais

Trupti Bais is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Learning and Development across multiple industries. Currently serving as Director of Learning and Development at JLL since November 2022, Trupti previously held the position of Program Manager for Learning & Development at Capgemini from April 2019 to November 2022. Prior roles include Learning and Development Specialist at Aricent and Senior Manager of Learning & Development at GENPACT, where Trupti also progressed through various managerial roles. Trupti's career began at GECIS as a Process Developer and Process Associate. Trupti holds a graduation degree in Commerce from Bharatiya Shiksha Parishad and completed high school education at Children's Academy.
