Tyler Margraf

Tyler Margraf is a Director at JLL, where since July 2019, responsibilities have included leadership and strategic oversight within the real estate sector. Prior experience includes roles as Associate and Real Estate Analyst at JLL. Prior to this, Tyler served as a Real Estate Analyst at HFF from January 2015 to July 2019, contributing to financial and market analyses, preparing offering documents, and facilitating due diligence for investment sales in the Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, and Maryland markets. Tyler began a career in real estate as a Student Intern at HFF, focusing on market analysis and financial assessments, and previously held a Marketing and Sales Intern position at Philly Office Retail, where Tyler evaluated commercial properties and managed various marketing efforts. Tyler earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Marketing from Villanova University in 2016, and completed secondary education at Bishop Eustace Preparatory School from 2008 to 2012.
