They have served in various key roles, including Vice President at NatWest Group, where they established the ESG and Occupational Health & Safety department, ensuring 100% compliance with evolving regulations. Currently, Umit is a Senior Director of Sustainability Strategy for JLL Asia Pacific and continues to contribute to the field through thought leadership and innovation.
