Vanessa Galvan

Vanessa Galvan, CSP, AFIS, currently serves as the Global HSSE Director for Cisco at JLL since October 2025, where Vanessa leads the execution of JLL/Cisco’s global HSSE vision and partners with executive leaders to promote a proactive safety culture. Prior to this role, Vanessa was the Environmental Health and Safety Global Segment Leader for Pentair from May 2022 to July 2025, overseeing EHS strategic plans across North American facilities. Vanessa's earlier experience includes leading safety initiatives as the Corporate Safety and Health Manager at Zenith Insurance Company and transforming safety practices as the Regional Safety & Security Manager at Chiquita Brands International. Vanessa started the career as the Human Resources Director at Bonipak Produce, Inc. Vanessa holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Affairs and a Bachelor of Science in Business/Managerial Economics from UC Santa Barbara.
