Virginia Noblet is an accomplished public health professional with extensive experience in military and community health settings. Serving as the Public Health Flight Commander for the United States Air Force from May 2020 to August 2022, Virginia led COVID-19 operations for a population of 43,000 and acted as the Infectious Disease subject matter expert for global health missions in Africa. Virginia's prior roles include a Research Fellow at Drexel University, focusing on LGBTQ youth of color, and working with the City of Philadelphia's Department of Public Health on the National HIV Behavioral Surveillance project. Virginia holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Penn State Abington and a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology from Drexel University, maintaining strong academic performance with GPAs of 3.74 and 3.94, respectively.
