Warren Coffell, P.App, AACI, is currently a Senior Vice President and member of JLL’s Value and Risk Advisory leadership group, specializing in the valuation of major institutional-grade retail and office assets across Canada. With over 15 years of experience, Warren has valued a diverse range of real estate and is recognized as a trusted professional in appraising complex and valuable assets. Previously, Warren worked as a Consultant at Cushman & Wakefield from 2009 to 2014 before joining JLL in 2014, where they have significantly contributed to the valuation of over $35 billion of commercial real estate annually. Warren holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Real Property Valuation from The University of British Columbia and a degree in Commerce and Administration from Huron University.
