Way Lam

Way Lam is an accomplished Account Director with over 20 years of experience in facility and project management. Currently, Way works at JLL, focusing on facilities management, after serving as the Assistant General Manager for the Assets and Facilities team at the Kai Tak Sports Park, where they oversaw the operation and maintenance of major sports venues. Prior to this role, Way held significant positions at the Hospital Authority, managing facility teams across multiple hospitals and implementing strategic projects. Way holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and a Master’s degree in Facility Management from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
