Wenching D. is a workplace strategist specializing in design solutions that enhance employee performance, productivity, and safety. They hold a Bachelor’s Degree from Beijing University of Civil Engineering and Architecture and a Master’s Degree from The George Washington University. Wenching's experience includes roles as a Product Designer at Minmetals Advertising & Exhibition, a Web Designer at Shanda Group, and a Lead Workplace Strategist at Gensler. Currently, they serve as a Program Advisor and Adjunct Professor at Lawrence Technological University while working as a Senior Strategic Occupancy Planner at JLL for the Nike account.
