Wenkai Chu

Wenkai Chu is a Senior Director and Head of Cost Advisory & Quantity Surveyor at JLL in Singapore, where they have been since 2025. Previously, Wenkai held various positions in quantity surveying, including Senior Quantity Surveyor at WT (Asia) and roles at Profile Landscapes Pty Ltd and Altus Group. Wenkai holds a Bachelor of Building in Construction Economics and a Master of Facilities Management from the University of Technology, Sydney, as well as a Diploma in Building and Property Management from Singapore Polytechnic. Wenkai is also an RICS/SIMI Accredited Mediator and a member of MAIQS and CQS.
