Will Sledge

Will Sledge is the Senior Managing Director at JLL Capital Markets, where they lead the Loan Sales Platform and advise banks and financial institutions on the valuation and sale of various types of loans. Prior to this role, they served as Principal and Managing Director at Mission Capital Advisors, managing the valuation and sale of mortgage loans from 2003 to 2020. Will previously held the position of AVP at Tradeweb from 2000 to 2003. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate and Finance from The University of Alabama in 2000 and are also a Principal at EquityMultiple, a real estate crowdfunding platform based in New York.
