William Duffey

William Duffey is the Head of EMEA Hotels & Hospitality Capital Markets at JLL's Hotels & Hospitality Group, where they co-manage the European Transaction team focused on large, complex hospitality transactions across Europe. They possess extensive experience in structuring and advising on development agreements, joint ventures, and debt and equity transactions, particularly for hotel clients. William has a notable track record in the UK, Ireland, and the Benelux, having been involved in significant deals including the disposal of £580 million worth of hotels in Central London and the sale of landmark properties throughout Europe. Currently, they continue to provide strategic advice on acquisitions and disposals within the hospitality sector.
