William Mayes

William Mayes serves as the Engineering Manager for the West Region at JLL since July 2022, having previously held the position of Engineering Manager at Hines from September 2018 to July 2022. At Hines, William was responsible for directing operations of 1.2 million square feet of R&D facilities across the U.S., managing vendors and subcontractors, supervising a team of 19 direct reports, and overseeing engineering processes for new sites. Notably, William created annual budgets while ensuring adherence to safety processes and integrating building automation systems. Educationally, William holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management and two Associate's degrees in related fields from New Mexico State University and Central New Mexico Community College, completed between 2014 and 2017.
