Wouter Robberts

Wouter Robberts is a Senior Director in Valuation Advisory at JLL, leveraging over thirty-five years of international experience in valuation, property advisory, and rental negotiations. With a career that spans fifteen years in South Africa and eighteen in New Zealand, Wouter specializes in commercial and industrial properties, including specialized assets like leasehold land and aircraft hangars. Wouter has held positions as a Property Valuer at First Rand Bank and CBRE Asia Pacific, and has contributed significantly to understanding market valuations and lease consultancy.
