Xander Nijnens

Xander Nijnens began their career at Horwath HTL, progressing from Intern Consultant to Consultant, where they specialized in market entry and feasibility studies for hotel developments in Africa and the Middle East. They then joined Hospitality Property Fund, leading acquisitions and corporate finance, and later became Managing Director at extrabold hotel management, successfully transitioning the company to independence before its sale to Tsogo Sun Hotels. Currently, Xander serves as Senior Managing Director for JLL in the Asia Pacific region, guiding the Hotels & Hospitality Group strategy and growth while leveraging extensive experience in hotel investment and advisory services. Xander also completed the Senior Executive Program at London Business School, focusing on organizational leadership.
