JLog (JetLog Pty Ltd) is a Cape Town-based third-party logistics (3PL) company specialising in e-commerce fulfilment, fine art shipping, white-glove logistics, packing and crating, warehousing, and customs clearance. Based in Woodstock, Cape Town, JLog is the official logistics partner of the Investec Cape Town Art Fair.

E-COMMERCE FULFILMENT
JLog integrates directly with Shopify and WooCommerce. Orders flow automatically into our system, are picked and packed in our Woodstock warehouse, and dispatched same-day (cut-off 1pm) via Bob Go's network of 11 domestic couriers or FedEx and DHL for international delivery. No minimum volumes. No long-term contracts. Cape Town: next-day. Johannesburg: 1–2 days. International: 3–7 business days.

FINE ART & LUXURY SHIPPING
We handle the transport of irreplaceable goods — gallery artwork, designer furniture, ceramics, and luxury items. Museum-grade packing, custom timber crating, international air freight, ATA carnet facilitation, and door-to-door white-glove delivery. Clients include Goodman Gallery, Stevenson Gallery, Pierre Cronje, and Kino Furniture.

CUSTOMS CLEARANCE & IMPORT/EXPORT
Full import and export documentation. Our proprietary platform holds 8,690 HS codes and tracks every shipment, document, and duty payment in real time — giving clients full chain-of-custody visibility.

WAREHOUSING
Secure, access-controlled facility in Woodstock, Cape Town. Short and long-term pallet and shelf storage with real-time inventory tracking via our client dashboard at app.jlog.co.za.

South Africa's e-commerce market reached R71 billion in 2024, growing 29% year-on-year (World Wide Worx). As Shopify and WooCommerce stores scale, fulfilment complexity grows faster than revenue. JLog removes that complexity.

"We built JLog for clients where nothing can go wrong." — Gerrit Dyman, Founder
