David Baumann has extensive experience in logistics and lean consulting, currently serving as the Head of Logistics and Estimation at JM since September 2017. Prior to this role, David founded and operated Lean Fridays HB from June 2009 to May 2020, specializing in lean consulting and education. David's career at Scania Group spanned from 2006 to 2017, where positions included Global Lean Manager, Group Manager Logistics, and Production Supervisor for truck assembly, along with involvement in technical management for bus chassis assembly. David holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Luleå University of Technology and has studied at Technische Universität Wien.
