Elin Hedlund

Elin Hedlund is the Produktionschef at JM Bostad Produktion Stockholm Syd, where they focus on maintaining high-quality production and safe work environments. Since 2013, Elin has been the Chef for Stom- & Inredningsbolagen in Stockholm, managing a team of approximately 400 craftsmen and overseeing recruitment, staffing, and training. They are dedicated to strategic development and the implementation of structured production methods based on lean principles, while actively collaborating with Sveriges Byggindustrier to promote diversity within the construction industry. Elin's earlier experience includes roles as Platschef and Arbetsledare at JM AB, where they were responsible for production management and team coordination. Elin received a degree in Byggnadsingenjör from Tekniska skolan in Hässleholm and an additional qualification from Lärarhögskolan in Malmö.
