Per Lundquist

Per Lundquist is the current Director of Operations Development at JM AB. Per has also been the CEO, Coach, Management Consultant, and Founder at SLOT, and the Administrative Manager Asia-Pacific Region at Hewlett Packard Enterprise.

Lundquist has over 25 years of experience in coaching top managers and developing management teams, organizations, and teams to reach their wished situations faster. Per specializes in taking business planning, execution and follow-up to the next level using a smarter way to have dialogue and a unique measuring of the process. Lundquist also offers the only method with a future focused employee survey and dialogue tool. All services are based on a Solution Focused methodology.

Lundquist has a focus on customers wanting transformation and has worked with everything from small tech start-ups, large multi-national organizations, to hospitals in the public sector. Per is located in Stockholm with a network of multilingual consultants in Europe.

Per Lundquist has a bachelor's degree in business/managerial economics from Stockholm University. Per is also certified as a Master Solution-Focused Practitioner and Coaching from IASTI through Solutionwork Institute.

Per Lundquist reports to Johan Skoglund, President and CEO. They work with Hilde Vatne - President, JM Norge AS, Markus Heino - President, JM Suomi Oy, and Malin Lundgren - Director Human Resources.
