We are a unique HR consultancy, because our people - both HR functional specialists and trusted HR advisors - have worked client side before becoming consultants. We understand what our clients want, and the organisational business drivers. We can match any client requirement to the right
level of expertise at cost effective rates, as we don’t carry many overheads.

1. Grow, develop & realign
Our specialist people function projects across the organisation, or for use in smaller discreet areas. We have global technical expertise in all areas of the People function, throughout the project cycle, starting with assistance in the longer term HR/talent/reward strategy, moving to working with internal teams through project stages; change, design/build, and implement.

We offer bespoke, or make available, established tools & practices in: attraction, selection, talent acquisition, performance management, leadership programmes, diversity & inclusiveness, cultural awareness, job evaluations, company restructures, compensation & benefits, HRIS & much more.

Executive/senior leader/talent assessments and coaching: We are accredited in the latest psychometric talent & recruitment evaluation tools. Our network includes qualified executive and career development coaches.

High-performing team development: assessing the strengths and gaps of a team, aligning to the business strategy to assist with the creation of the team structure, and roles and responsibilities, to best achieve business drivers.

2. Operate
Virtual HR trusted advisors:
For companies that have HR requirements but not the need for a permanent HR team. Think of it as your own trusted HR manager, who you can call on when you need help, but on a zero hours contract.

Interim:
We provide cost effective solutions by working as project consultants (inside or outside IR35), as well as temporarily replacing a permanent member of staff.
