JME ist unlocking hidden capacity in existing plants & securing ROI for new projects.
- bridging operational reality and digital strategy.
I help optimize material flows, maximize assets, and validate decisions through data—for brownfield plants or new investments.

Brownfield Optimization & Material Flow Management
- Process Debottlenecking: Identifying constraints and increasing throughput without massive CapEx.
- Material Flow Strategy: Optimizing streams to maximize recovery rates and minimize handling costs.
- Turnaround Execution: Boosting availability by 8-13% while reducing maintenance OpEx.

Deep Sensor & OEM Technology Expertise
40+ installations across tier-1 suppliers
- Shredders, Mills, Eddy Currents, Magnets, ...
- Sensor Sorting: LIBS, XRT, NIR, XRF, hyperspectral—designing optimal cascades for complex streams.

Strategic Asset Management & Equipment
Drawing on €100M+ in managed CapEx, I provide:
- Procurement Intelligence: Sourcing the right technology and negotiating contracts, saving 15-20% on equipment costs.
- Claim Management: Technical defense in OEM disputes—enforcing performance guarantees and rectification.
- Retrofit Strategy: Cost-efficient modernization roadmaps to extend legacy fleet life.

Dynamic Simulation & Scenario Planning
- Digital Twin Testing: Stress-testing changes before implementation (60% vs. 85% availability).
- Logistics Validation: Visualizing movements to eliminate hazards and optimize buffers.

Intelligent Analytics, Automation & Digitalization
- Predictive Maintenance: Retrofitting sensors (OPC UA) to cut downtime by up to 40%.
- AI Optimization: Finding the "sweet spot" between speed, quality, and wear costs.
