Ben Dutton

Ben Dutton currently serves as a Quality Supervisor at Ascend Performance Materials since July 2021 and has been with The J.M. Smucker Company as a Quality Assurance Manager since July 2013, where responsibilities encompass leading the Quality Department's operations, including Quality Engineering, Micro Lab, and Food Safety. Prior experience includes a role as DMPS Manager at Del Monte Foods from February 2011 to July 2013, focusing on lean and continuous improvement initiatives, as well as mentoring team members. Ben's career began as a Production Team Leader at The Meow Mix Company from September 2003 to February 2011, overseeing multiple production departments, followed by a position as Processing Supervisor at Tyson Foods from February 2001 to August 2003, managing key processing areas. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in History from Auburn University and a Master of Business Administration from Bethel University’s College of Professional Studies.
