Andy Poschl, CGC, CCC, SL, CAC, serves as a Senior Project Manager at John Moriarty & Associates, leading the construction of the E11EVEN Hotel & Residences and E11EVEN Residences Beyond since July 2023. Previously, Andy held the position of Vice President Development and Construction at Proton Builders from December 2021 to November 2022, and was a Project Executive at Kaufman Lynn Construction from April 2014 to December 2021. Earlier experience includes serving as Director of Construction, Design, Development and Facilities Management for SRP IHOP RESTAURANTS, focusing on the development and maintenance of multiple IHOP locations, and as Senior Project Manager at Alliance Construction/Cornerstone Group, managing large commercial and residential projects. Andy holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Miami and has a foundation in mathematics with a BS degree from Balboa High School in the Panama Canal Zone.
