Daren Benandi is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in field operations, contract negotiations, and owner relationship management. Currently serving as General Superintendent at John Moriarty & Associates since April 2023, Daren oversees all operations for significant projects such as the $300 million 222 twin towers project in downtown Miami. Prior to this role, Daren held positions at Burke Construction Group and Balfour Beatty US, demonstrating expertise in managing complex, high-value projects, including the Jaguar Land Rover dealership in Coral Gables. Daren's career also includes experience as General Manager Operations at Bernard Brothers and Managing Owner of cts llc., along with a role as Senior Project Manager for O'Brien's Response Management during major environmental crises. Daren holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Phillips College.
