Eric Moores

Eric Moores has a diverse work experience in the construction industry. Eric started their career as a Carpenter at Cornerstone Windows & Doors, LLC in 2011, where they led window installation projects for commercial buildings. Eric also gained experience in installing different types of windows, storefronts, and doors. In 2013, Eric joined Callahan Construction Managers as an Assistant Project Manager. Their responsibilities included assisting the Project Manager with various tasks such as scope review, handling RFIs and Submittals, coordinating MEP, preparing billings, managing subcontractor payments, and assisting the site staff. Eric spent a majority of their time both in the office and on-site. Most recently, in 2018, they transitioned to John Moriarty & Associates as a Project Engineer. Eric Moores attended Thomas Edison State University from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management, General. In addition, they have obtained several additional certifications, including Notary Public for Massachusetts from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in November 2015, MA Unrestricted Construction Supervisor License from the Massachusetts - Department of Public Safety - Board of Building Regulations and Standards in June 2015, 30-Hour Construction Health and Safety Training Certification from the Occupational Health and Safety Administration in February 2015, LEED Green Associate from the Green Building Certification Institute (GBCI) in June 2014, and 10-Hour Construction Health and Safety Training Certification from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration in November 2011.
