John ("BJ") Moriarty III has extensive experience in real estate development and investments. Currently serving in Development & Investments at John Moriarty & Associates since September 2018, Moriarty is also a Managing Member at Moriarty Partners LLC, a real estate investment platform launched in January 2021. Prior roles include VP of Acquisitions & Development at JW Capital Partners, LLC, from June 2011 to January 2020, and serving on the Board of Directors at Boston CASA, Inc. from June 2015 to September 2022. Moriarty's career began as a Field Engineer at John Moriarty & Associates from June 2008 to May 2011. Moriarty holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Colby College, obtained in 2011, and attended Concord Academy from 2003 to 2007.
