John Rastrick is the founder and CEO of Flotilla, an award-winning B Corp focused on climate technology and advisory services. Formerly an equity partner at NorthEdge Capital and Phoenix Equity Partners, they played pivotal roles in mid-market private equity and held leadership positions at various organizations, including as Chair of J M Glendinning and Cavero Quantum. Currently, John serves as a Non Executive Director at JMG Group and Vida Healthcare, contributing expertise in strategic growth and governance. John received a Bachelor of Laws from Nottingham Trent University and completed the Legal Practice Course with distinction at Nottingham Law School.
