Kevin Dickens has a diverse work experience in marketing, branding, and design. Kevin has also held positions such as Brand & Design Director at a product promotions retailer, Head of Design for a multinational company, and Design Team Manager at JML. Before joining JML, Kevin worked as a Studio Manager at Kellmatt Limited and a Graphic Designer at AFW Graphics. Throughout their career, they have successfully managed teams, implemented branding strategies, and produced effective marketing collateral.

Kevin Dickens completed a Mini MBA in Brand Management from Marketing Week in 2020. In 2019, they also completed a Mini MBA in Marketing from the same institution. Prior to that, in 2001-2003, they pursued a HND in Graphic Design and Advertising with a focus on Graphic Communications at Buckinghamshire New University.
