Jay Edwards has extensive experience in retail management, training, and sales across multiple industries. At Apple, as Assistant Store Manager from June 2001 to September 2007, Jay effectively managed staff schedules and mentored team leaders, resulting in consistent annual sales increases of over 40%. Following a role as District Facilitator of Training at Sears Holdings Corporation from March 2014 to March 2016, which involved conducting orientations for over 200 employees, Jay further advanced in the sales domain with positions at Cisco and Games Workshop, where leadership and training development were key responsibilities.
