Mark Bailey

Mark Bailey is a Senior Software Tester at JMP since January 2022, where responsibilities include providing a customer-centric perspective and researching new development directions. Prior experience includes roles at SAS from 1998 to December 2021 as a Senior Analytics Software Tester and Principal Analytical Training Consultant, focusing on user experience in JMP data analysis tools and providing training in various statistical methodologies. Mark held multiple leadership positions within the Quality & Productivity Section of the American Statistical Association from 2007 to 2011, including Chair and Past Chair. Formerly, Mark worked as a Research Scientist at Abbott Laboratories and Eastman Kodak Company, specializing in diagnostic systems and clinical chemistry. Mark holds a PhD and MS in Chemistry from the University of Rochester and a BS in Chemistry from the State University of New York at Fredonia.
