Mike Janes

Mike Janes is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in field and product marketing. Currently serving as a Field Marketing Specialist at JMP since October 2025, Mike manages multi-channel demand generation campaigns tailored to industry-specific programs within the Americas Field Marketing Team. Prior to JMP, Mike spent nearly two decades at SAS, where roles included Senior Product Marketing Manager, Technical Support Engineer, Project Manager, and Technical Student. In these capacities, Mike collaborated on product features, customer experience, and marketing strategies, while also delivering impactful presentations and supporting software installations and configurations. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, obtained in 2008.
