Ben Hall

Ben joined JMW in August 2022 as a senior associate in the Business Crime and Regulation team.

Ben is a highly experienced solicitor and has a wealth of expertise in both financial crime and regulatory matters, as well as in general and serious crime. He is frequently called upon to provide early-stage advice to clients under investigation and is often able to bring the matter to close without further action being taken. Where an investigation does proceed, Ben supports his clients with sound strategic advice throughout the process, from the point of charge through to trial and beyond.
