Ben Peppi

Ben is Head of Sport Services at JMW. Within his role, Ben runs Barn Door, JMW’s award-winning online platform designed to connect the firm’s vast network of sportsmen and women with investment and new business opportunities.

Ben has experience across the sports industry – ranging from talent management & representation, contract negotiation, and sponsorship agreements; to rights acquisition, consultancy, and partnership activation.

Upon completion of his History degree from the University of Nottingham in 2012, Ben went on to become one of the youngest FA Licensed Agents in the UK as part of the team at Base Soccer Agency. He then moved to Lagardère Sports – the world’s leading sports marketing group and rights holder – to work across their global commercial and sponsorship rights portfolio, dealing with businesses and brands on a national and international basis.
