Max is currently a Trainee Solicitor at JMW.
Prior to commencing his training contract, Max was a paralegal in JMW’s Will Disputes Team for 18 months. There he focused on challenges to the validity of wills as well as trusts and inheritance disputes.
In 2016 Max graduated from the University of Derby with a 2:1 law degree. Max then completed his LPC with Masters at The University of Law in Manchester obtaining a Distinction. Whilst completing his studies, Max worked in the Commercial Litigation department at Glaisyers Solicitors LLP handling a range of debt recovery matters, contract disputes and contentious probate claims.
Max has also acted pro-bono as a Free Representation Unit volunteer representing clients at First-Tier Tribunal in their claims against the Department of Work and Pensions.
