Neroli Dodge

Neroli is an Assistant Solicitor in the Family Department and joined JMW from a boutique West End practice.

Neroli has experience in a wide range of Family Law areas including divorce and financial remedy, applications for non-molestation and occupation orders, cohabitation rights, child arrangements and pre and post-nuptial agreements. More recently, Neroli has developed a niche in assisting `modern family` arrangements and the attainment of Parental Orders, international adoption and the rights for LGBTQI+ families.

Prior to qualification, Neroli read law at Queen Mary University London and went on to obtain a distinction in her LPC at the University of Law in Guildford.

Neroli is a member of Resolution and frequently attends webinars and events hosted by YRes London. YRes London is a network of family law professionals across London at the start of their careers.

Neroli strives to reach an amicable resolution outside of the court arena, where possible. She is sensitive to her client’s circumstances and the inevitable emotional stresses legal intervention brings and so aims to break down the legal jargon, to ensure her client’s feel fully informed and supported throughout their case.
