Olivia Scates is a partner in the Clinical Negligence Department at JMW Solicitors LLP, specializing in high-value clinical negligence cases, particularly involving cerebral palsy, acquired brain injuries, Erb's palsy, and spinal injuries. They have a history of leading multimillion-pound settlements and established a niche clinical negligence practice prior to joining JMW in 1998. Olivia began their legal career at Linder Myers LLP in 1989 after qualifying as a solicitor. They hold a B.Sc.
