David Shellard

David Shellard has extensive work experience in the field of operations, program evaluation, and volunteer engagement. David worked at the Society for Neuroscience from September 2018, where they were the Director of Operations and Volunteer Engagement. Prior to that, they held the position of Operations and Program Evaluation Manager at the same organization since October 2012. Before joining the Society for Neuroscience, David worked at SRA International as a Program Evaluation Specialist/Project Manager from August 2002 to October 2012.

David Shellard attended Hobart and William Smith Colleges from 1998 to 2002, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Arts degree. David'sareas of study included Biology and Public Policy. Later, from 2007 to 2009, they pursued their Master's in Public Policy at George Mason University.
