Ray Dingledine

Ray Dingledine is a competent pharmacologist and neurobiologist who focused on developing novel anti-inflammatory drugs to prevent epilepsy. They co-founded Pyrefin, Inc., where they currently serve as Chair of the Board of Directors. Ray has held various influential positions, including Chair of the Finance Committee at the Society for Neuroscience and Professor at Emory University, where they led the Department of Pharmacology and guided research initiatives. They also serve on the Scientific Advisory Board for the Epilepsy Therapy Project, contributing to advancements in therapies for epilepsy and related disorders. Ray obtained a PhD in Pharmacology from Stanford University School of Medicine and completed postdoctoral fellowships at the University of Cambridge and the University of Oslo.
